“I used Nationwide's towing service today. They sent Bucks out and the driver dumped my car out in the wrong city with my car keys left in the car for anyone to take. I asked him to bring my car back to me and he refused by saying it didn't matter where they dropped my car off to be fixed.He said they would be closing in 15 minutes and he wouldn't bring it back to my home. He told me to call for another tow service.”

“The best towing service that I have ever used. They were quick, couteous, professional and more than resonably priced. They winched my Jeep from a precarious position on a steep ditch. I had anticipated that I would have exrtensive car damage in getting my Jeep back on the roadway but there was absolutely none. They used two wreckers and winched it from the front left tire and back end at the same time. My Jeep slowly came up at a 90 degree angle to the alighnment of the Jeep. I was amazed!”

“My brand new dodge had manufacture defect and left me stranded. I went through the Ram Roadside assistance website and started my claim. Within 2 minutes of submitting my claim, a Bucks representative called to confirm my location as they had received it from Ram. She, (I believe Whitney) told me that they would have a wrecker out to tow my truck soon. Within 5 minutes Velvet called and said she was around the corner and be there soon. From the time I broke down and my truck was on the roll back was within 20 minutes. Bucks made my bad day turn a little better by their professionalism and promptness. I would recommend Bucks to anyone needing a tow.

Side note, Velvet could tell I was having a bad day and was very comical and kept me laughing the entire way back the dealership. Made my bad day better for sure.”

“The excellent service of this company started the morning of my daughter’s unfortunate accident. The Driver ‘Bucky’ was first and only wrecker service on the scene of accident. Understandable, it was an early Sunday morning. He was quick expeditious in getting the vehicle loaded. My first time ever seeing a wrecker service scour an area to pick up vehicle debris that could possibly be used to repair a damaged vehicle. On Monday when I called to get information about retrieving my vehicle the excellent service continued. The phone was answered on ‘2nd ring’ and the pleasant voice of Ms. Lisa walked me through the process. When I arrived at the site she and another counter worker Brooke were extraordinarily pleasant to work with. They even worked with me on costs, I think. Either way it was fair and reasonable. I would recommend to anyone without any hesitation, using this company for any needs you may have within their professional jurisdiction. Thank you all for making a bad situation a more pleasant experience.”

“A tow guy that works there helped me get all my seat covers and mats out of my van when I totalled it and they towed it. He was very nice and told me about his wreck when he fell asleep at the wheel. He made me feel better about my wreck and feel blessed for still surviving.”

“My car had all the sudden turn off on me so I had called Buck's Towing and the guy that had come out was amazing. He didn't just pick up the truck and take it he actually looked to see if he can get my car started for me try to diagnose what the problem was. He was actually able to figure out the problem which was pretty simple when we first thought a fuel pump. This company seems to really care about people and not just making a buck. Great Service. Highly recommended.”
